Vote Yes on Proposition 10
California has some of the highest rents in the nation, which pushes affordable housing out of reach for low and middle class families. As rents increase so do the number of homeless people. Recent studies have shown that a 5% rent hike in L.A. County would cause 2,000 additional people to lose their homes. We cannot continue on this trajectory. This is why we are urging a YES vote on Proposition 10 as a good first-step in addressing affordable housing in Los Angeles.
