| Good afternoon Councilman Parks,
I hope my email finds you well. On behalf of the neighbors of the 5300 Block of 11th Avenue, I'd like to thank you and your staff for several improvements within our community. They are as follows:
- Increased police patrol from 77th St, Southwest Division, Crenshaw
Traffic Division and sometimes Sheriff and Harbor.
- Decrease in Crenshaw High School loitering, vandalism and littering;
as a result less violence in this last quarter.
- Removal of abandoned cars in the public parking lots on the Southeast and Northeast corners of 11th and 54th
- Elimination of RAVE parties at 11th & 54th renovated building.
- Stopping drug traffic at the car wash on 52nd and Crenshaw.
- Tree trimming along 11th Ave.
- Beautiful tree lighting in Lemeirt Park instead of at the
Baldwin
Hills Mall.
- Increase visibility of your staff at community meetings.
I would like to continue working with you and your staff as well as local police agencies as our work is not done. We have other issues that are documented that I'm sure are being addressed by your staff. I just wanted to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
