• $5,000- 1 open-ended, Mattel-sponsored scholarship-1^st Place Male Winner
• $5,000- 1 open-ended, Mattel-sponsored scholarship -1^st Place- Female Winner
• $5,000- 1 Mattel-sponsored scholarship for a Senior from Crenshaw High

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• High School Senior Attending School In Los Angeles County
• Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
• Must be accepted to enroll FULL-TIME at a four-year university in the Fall of 2010
• Demonstrated community service and leadership

SUBMISSION PROCESSS

• Scholarship Application
• 500-750 Word Essay
• Resume or Portfolio
• 2 Letters of Recommendation (at least 1 from an academic instructor or counselor)
• Official Academic Transcripts
