The Housing Initiative closely monitors housing conditions in the 70-block radius of Park Mesa Heights to ensure a stable resident base. The Los Angeles Urban League has partnered with Operation Hope to ensure that current homeowners are able to stay in their homes and that more residents will be able to afford both homeownership and rental costs. Through strategic partnerships, the Housing Initiative also seeks to provide credit counseling, home buying education courses, improved access to capital and convert renters into owners.
