You are ready for expungement if you are not on probation or parole, or charged with any new crime and have paid all fines and fees for the convictions you want to expunge.

What to bring: Please bring a copy of your docket from the court or you DOJ Rap Sheet. To obtain LA County case info, go to any criminal court in Los Angeles County and ask the clerk's office for a print-out of all of your criminal convictions.

We will complete Expungement Petitions, Fee Waivers and Proof of Service so you will be ready to file your petition with the Clerk's Office.
